The challenge

Landlords and room seekers were relying on phone calls, messages and spreadsheets. Listings, enquiries and tenancy details lived in different places and the large listing platforms took a cut of everything.

What we delivered

• Public website and listings that work well on a phone
• Web application for managing rooms, properties, enquiries and tenants in one place
• Android app for the same service, built and published on Google Play
• Secure accounts and an admin area for the owner
• Secure HTTPS hosting with daily backups, monitoring and updates

The outcome

RoomKore is live on its own domain and app listing, owned outright by the business, with enquiries arriving online around the clock. Changes are previewed privately and released after testing, usually the same day.
