Consultations and quotes

Consultations and quotes are free, with no obligation to go ahead.

Deposits

If you cancel before we start work, we refund your deposit in full. If you cancel after work has started, we keep the part of the deposit that covers the work already done and refund the rest.

Delivered work

Work that has been delivered or launched is not refundable. If something we built does not work as agreed in your quote, tell us and we will fix it at no extra cost.

Monthly plans

Once any minimum term has ended, you can cancel a monthly plan with 30 days' notice. If you cancel during a minimum term, the remaining months of that term are still payable.

How to cancel

Email contact@opuscore33.systems with your business name and the project or plan you want to cancel. We confirm every cancellation in writing.

Refund timing

Refunds are paid within 14 days, to the original payment method.
