Who we are
Opus Core 33 is a trading name of Niyyah Nikah Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16687169, registered office 152 Marsh Road, Luton, LU3 2QL. You can contact us at contact@opuscore33.systems. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Opus Core 33, and "you" means the business or person buying from us.
Our services
We design, build and host websites, Android apps, web apps and customer portals, and provide hosting and care, business automation such as WhatsApp enquiry replies, and AI phone answering. Exactly what we deliver for your project is set out in your written quote.
Quotes and prices
Prices on our website are starting prices. Every project gets a free consultation and a fixed written quote, which is valid for 30 days. Once you accept a quote, the price does not change unless you ask for extra work, which we quote separately before starting it.
Payment
One-off projects: we ask for a deposit, stated in your quote, before work starts, and the balance before the project goes live.
Monthly plans are paid monthly in advance by card or Direct Debit. If a payment is late, we may pause work or hosting until it is paid, after giving you notice.
Monthly plans and minimum terms
Some plans have a minimum term, shown on our website and in your quote: the Managed website has a 12-month minimum term, and the Starter app, pay monthly, has a 24-month minimum term. After the minimum term, a plan continues month to month until you cancel it. How to cancel is set out in our refund and cancellation policy.
Your part
You provide the content, information and access we need to do the work, and you confirm that you have the right to use any text, images, logos or data you give us.
Ownership
Once your project is paid in full, you own your domain, your app listing, your data and the code we write for you. Third-party software and services used in your project remain subject to their own licences.
Our liability
We take reasonable care with everything we build and host. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
