Who we are
Opus Core 33 ("we", "us") builds and hosts websites, apps and portals for businesses in the United Kingdom. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use it. Contact us at contact@opuscore33.systems with any question about it.
What we collect
Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), business name (optional), the service you are interested in and your message. We also record the time of the submission and the network address it came from, to prevent abuse of the form.
Server logs: like most websites, our hosting records basic technical details of each visit (the page requested, time, browser type and network address). These logs are used only to keep the site secure and working.
Cookies and tracking: this website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or analytics trackers. Fonts and images are served from our own hosting, so no third party receives your visit data from this site.
Why we use it and on what basis
We use contact form details to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a quote. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
We use server logs to protect and maintain the website. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in security.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal information. Enquiry details are seen by the people at Opus Core 33 who handle enquiries. Our website and its data are hosted on secure servers in the United Kingdom and the European Union. We share information with third parties only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, in which case they are kept as part of our customer records for the length of the relationship and for 6 years afterwards for accounting and legal purposes. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@opuscore33.systems. We respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
