Answers 24/7 in your agency's name
Every call answered within seconds, day and night, weekends and bank holidays, with your greeting and a calm British voice.
Elara answers your agency's phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. She takes viewing requests, logs tenant repairs, puts safety first in an emergency, flags landlord enquiries and sends you the details by email and WhatsApp. You keep your number and your software.

A letting agency's phone rings at the worst times: after 6pm, at weekends, while every negotiator is out on a viewing.
A landlord ringing about a valuation rarely leaves a voicemail. They ring the next agent on the list instead.
Applicants call in the evening about a listing they saw at lunchtime. If nobody answers, the viewing goes to whoever picks up.
A tenant with a leak at 9pm wants to know someone has heard them. A voicemail box does not feel like that.
Every call that does get answered pulls a negotiator out of a viewing, a reference check or a landlord meeting.
Elara follows a script written for letting agents. She asks only for what each call needs and never promises what she cannot know.

Name, number, which property (address, postcode or listing reference) and preferred days and times. She tells the caller your team will confirm; she never books a slot or says whether a property is still available.
Name, number, property address, the problem, how urgent it is and access notes, ready for your maintenance team the moment you open the summary.
A smell of gas or carbon monoxide: leave the property and call the National Gas Emergency line on 0800 111 999 (999 if anyone is unwell). Fire or injury: 999. Serious flooding, no heating in cold weather, a home that cannot be secured, or electrical danger: your out-of-hours number if you give her one, otherwise the call is marked URGENT and you are alerted straight away.
A landlord asking about a valuation, letting or managing a property is taken down with name, number, area and what they want, and the summary is marked LANDLORD LEAD so it is the first thing you see.
Applicants: name, number, property and move-in date, with no promises on referencing, deposits, rent or approval. Rent, deposit, dispute or legal matters: a message for you, never advice.
A short summary of every call, with the caller's details and a transcript by email, usually within a minute of the call ending. URGENT and LANDLORD LEAD calls are flagged in the subject line.
Elara never claims to be a person if someone sincerely asks, never quotes fees or prices you have not given her, and never takes card details or payments.
Choose monthly or six months upfront below. You get a short form by email: your agency name, greeting, opening hours, common questions and the out-of-hours number Elara may give out.
Elara gets her own UK number and your letting-agent script. We check the line with a test call before it goes live.
Forward your existing number to Elara for all calls, or only when you are busy or closed. The divert codes for EE, O2, Vodafone, Three and landlines are in your go-live email.
Every call lands in your inbox and on WhatsApp. Your team calls back, confirms the viewing or books the repair, in whatever software you already use.
The same price as our 24/7 call answering for any business. Minutes are counted on answered calls; most letting-agency calls are under two minutes.
Prices in GBP. Call minutes beyond the allowance are billed monthly at 20p per minute. Your network's normal charges apply to diverted calls. Terms and refunds and cancellations.
Elara works alongside any software. She does not plug into your CRM or diary; she sends you the caller's details by email and WhatsApp and your team enters them wherever they belong. Nothing changes in the systems you already use.
No. She takes the caller's name, number, the property and their preferred days and times, and tells them your team will confirm. She never confirms a slot, never promises availability and never says whether a property has gone.
Safety first. A smell of gas or carbon monoxide: leave the property, do not use switches or flames, call the National Gas Emergency line on 0800 111 999, or 999 if anyone is unwell. Fire or injury: 999. For serious flooding, no heating or hot water in cold weather, a home that cannot be secured or an electrical danger, Elara gives your out-of-hours number if you have set one; otherwise she marks the call URGENT and you are alerted straight away. She gives no repair instructions beyond basic safety, such as turning the water off at the stopcock if it is safe.
No. Rent, deposits, disputes, notices and contracts are taken as a message for you. Elara does not give legal, financial or tenancy advice and does not take card details or payments.
Elara asks callers only for what the call needs, such as a name, a number and a property address, and uses it only to pass the enquiry to you. Calls are recorded and transcribed so you get an accurate summary; recordings and transcripts are kept on secure UK/EU hosting and deleted after 90 days. Your agency remains the data controller for your callers' details.
No. You keep your number and forward calls to Elara's line: all calls, or only when busy, unanswered or out of hours. The divert codes for the main UK networks are in your go-live email, and you can switch the divert off at any time.
Sales calls are noted briefly and ended politely. An abusive caller is warned once and then the call is ended; a second abusive call from the same number is blocked for your line.
Usually within a few days of paying: the form takes about five minutes, we set up and test the line, and you get your number and the divert steps by email.
